Back by demand, Thursday night training. Just like last year Bruce will be hosting a spin session at the shop. New for this year, do to the high demand for shop trainers there will be a $5 rentail fee for the shop trainers also if you are going to need a trainer call ahead to book one for the night.
Starting October 7th anr running all winter. It will be starting at 6pm so plan to show up at 5:30 to get your self ready to go.
